$ 50.00 PER ADULT (ADULTS ARE ANYONE 19 YEARS OR OLDER)

This is non-refundable and is used for the credit/background check and references. Each applicant is ran through Appfolio Platform. Please allow at least 72 business hours for your application to be processed.

 

Be sure to list all individuals that will be residing in the household (including all minors)

 

Verification of Income (VOI) The following is a list of items that can be used as income verification:

• Copy of most recent 2 check stubs
• Current Social Security Awards Letter
• Letter from employer on official company letterhead
• Last 2 years of Federal Income Tax Return

If you have a 3rd Party Payee (example: Voucher program, etc) please indicate on the application.

 

Once your application is approved, you will be required to pay the following:

Non-refundable Holding Fee (Equal to one month)

Non-refundable Administration Fee ($ 100.00)
